I envision a world where the halls of power reflect the beautiful complexity of our society.
Our world is filled with barriers that prevent people from marginalized identities having access to a seat at the table. The intent behind pay what you can is to change that- to increase access to leadership development for those who have most often been excluded, which can bring additional financial limitations.
My hope is that this access would be done with dignity- and without question. Prior to purchasing a pay what you can ticket, I ask that you consider if this applies to you.
